An Act to govern the installation of personnel to, and the circumstances and limitations of their Tenure in, the Government of Pakistan. Meanwhile, it is desirable to legislate the nomination of individuals to, and the rules and standards of employment of individuals, in the engagement of Pakistan and to make provision for things associated thereof or incidental from that place.

If a Ministry, Division, Attached Department, or Divisional Office in the Islamabad Capital Territory is abolished as a result of the Constitution (Eighteenth Amendment) Act, 2010(X of 2010), the Federal Govt may transmit the relevant civil servant to another Ministry, Division, Connected Dept, or Beholden Office.
  5. By Civil servant act 1973 , The Province, Ministry, or Division, as the case may be, must, in compliance with the regulations, establish the precedence of the moved public workers according to subsections.
  6. The instances of civil servants of a Ministry, Branch, Connected Division, or Divisional Office ceded in having regard to that Act who are employed in FATA, Gilgit-Baltistan, or AJK will be handled within the fashion that may be supplied by an Arrange created by the President in this representative.

Pay under Civil servant act 1973

Pay Any government employee assigned to a position is eligible for the salary set aside for that position under the rules; granted, however, if the nomination is issued on maintenance or using extra payment, his salary will be set according to Civil servant act 1973 . Still, the administration may provide a sympathetic allotment equal to no more than two-thirds of the retirement plan or payments that might have been available to him had he been wiped from delivery on the termination date.
